CANCELLATION POLICY...

As I'm sure you can appreciate, my time is my business and late cancellations and no-shows really affect my income.  Therefore I do have a cancellation policy.  Please give me the opportunity to re-book an appointment by giving me at least 48 HOURS NOTICE.  If I am not given this 48 hour notice a 50% cancellation fee will be invoiced or collected at your next treatment, or the full cost of the treatment for a no-show. Thank you for your understanding.
